These are the sight inserts from Champions Choice.
These are plastic circle/discs that screw into the front sight, they come in many sizes from around 1.5 to 5.0
Most people use around 3.5.
Some coaches say that changing sight inserts in between positions can help, Heather uses a 3.0 for prone, 3.2 for kneeling and 3.4/3.6 for standing. With increasing numbers is increasing size of circle that you see when aiming.

Another picture of the sight inserts, though hard to see (esp. in this picture) there are tiny numbers printed on the side of each insert, this is a case/holder for a bunch of inserts and sizes.
